$HALVD destroyed—begins after its launch
Three choices, then hands off
A launch asks for a name, a home for the fee share and a size. Supply, epochs and fees come from one of twenty Meteora configs picked at launch, and that pick is permanent for creators and for halvd alike.
01
No second mint
All 21,000,000 exist from block one. The launch transaction also strips the mint's authorities, so the number can only go down.
02
Bitcoin as the unit
The other side of every pool is cbBTC, so a coin's worth reads as a sat count. Dollars show up only as a footnote.
03
Half as many, twice the price
Each epoch puts half as many coins up as the last one did, and asks double for them. All four bring in an equal slice of the target.
04
Some of every fee, gone
Of every 100 sats a trade pays in fees, 15 go to market for $HALVD, and whatever they buy is destroyed on the spot.
The price map
Spark, Block, Vault and Whole sell exactly the same coins in exactly the same steps. Picking a bigger size moves every price up in sats; the coin counts stay put.

Burned to the front
These spots are bought with $HALVD that someone destroyed for a coin. Each burn ranks a coin at full weight on arrival and loses weight steadily until it's worth nothing a day later.

Fees in, $HALVD out
Out of every 100 sats of fees, 20 belong to halvd. The keeper key spends 15 of them on $HALVD and destroys it, and sends 5 to the treasury. Each of those transactions carries a memo, so the totals below can be rebuilt from chain by anyone.
